Once your order is placed on our website, the package is prepared by us, and is delivered to La Poste the next working day. Delivery times are calculated in working days and start when the package is handed over to the carrier. Delivery times are provided as an indication by the carriers and are not contractual. In case of delay due to the carrier, DOZ can not be held responsible. Note that during sales and Christmas, carriers' deadlines are often a little longer.

As soon as your order starts, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation fee is fixed, while the shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and the country of destination.

We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

RETURNS:

You have a period of 14 working days from receipt of your order to notify us of your return or exchange request by email to commande@affiches-vintage.com. Be sure to check that the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Once your return request has been received, we will offer you the exchange of standard product (same product or different product at the equivalent rate) or the full refund of your order. In case of partial return of order, the initial delivery costs are not refunded. In case of full return, the initial delivery costs are refunded to the customer.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
